Plastering and painting work. The interior walls and ceilings are finished with plaster base coat.

Floor and wall coverings Tile coverings: Floor and wall tiles up to CHF 80.00/m2. Wooden coverings up to CHF 100.00/m2. The installation work will be carried out by the client.

An additional charge may apply for large-format tiles and/or special installation methods.

The client is responsible for cleaning the building after construction.
