Level of development
Electrical installations: Connections for wall or ceiling lights are provided in all rooms. The wires have been pulled through and the electrical sockets are being installed. Plastering and painting work. The interior walls and ceilings are finished with plaster base coat.
The walls in the wet room are finished with cement base coat. The ceilings are smoothed and painted.

Carpentry work Interior panelling partly in reclaimed wood. Entrance door with larch reinforcement, soundproofing and rubber seal. Lock with security cylinder and spyhole. Doors in natural maple with mortise door lock, handle set and long backplate.
Floor and wall coverings Tile coverings: Floor and wall tiles up to CHF 80.00/m2. Wooden coverings up to CHF 100.00/m2. The installation work will be carried out by the client.
An additional charge may apply for large-format tiles and/or special installation methods.
The client is responsible for cleaning the building after construction.
Comments: The interior of the apartment is a shell construction. The buyer can choose the patterns and colours of individual finishing materials. Any corresponding additional or reduced costs will be borne by the buyer. We reserve the right to make changes to the building specifications that are necessary for technical or economic reasons.
