The apartment house Adora is at an elevated, sunny, very beautiful position not far from the village center. Car park and busterminal are in an immediate proximity. The apartment is on the top floor. A cellar compartment is part of the apartment in the basement.

Building standard common part: The house was built in 1969. The façade consists of 32 cm of isolating brick which are storey blankets from reinforced concrete. The asbestos cement slate roof was replaced totally together with reinforcements of the isolation in spring 2010. The two side façades and the back façade were provided with a 12 cm strong outer isolation in 2011. Façades and roof have reached the Minergiestandard. New wood metal windows have been installed with very isolating glass in 2011. The house is heated with oil and radiatoren. The hot-water is processed by the heating centrally. The heating head office was replaced in 2004.
The stairwell was renovated in 2011. The house is run very well. There is no renovation need at the moment.

Building standard apartment: Plastered walls, plaster resp. wood blankets in the attic storey. Kitchen and sanitary apparatus from the construction time.

In the single room all connections are made to install a second bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The kitchen could easily be arranged in the living room, where are the folddown beds. This is only an architectural idea that could be realized later.
